We're all Sinners....
that doesn't make us bad people

Jon Cookson is a qualified psychiatric nurse who worked in  the NHS between 1989 and 2003.

He left the NHS in 2003 to start one to one coaching, helping clients with their physical and psychological health.

As a man with over fifty years of life experience, some good, some bad, (all learning opportunities) and the last thirty years in a nursing and coaching capacity I can relate to the issues that affect us men, both mentally and physically.

We all experience difficult thoughts and emotions, and our capacity to cope with day to day stress can be compromised at any stage of life, changes in life roles, relationships, ageing etc.

As men we find it difficult to talk openly and express ourselves, never having been show how to, and without the right support, perspective and direction we can make choices that negatively affect our quality of life.

Sinner like Me’ was created to offer support and guidance to men who are experiencing difficulties in their lives, whatever they may be.

No  judgement, just compassion, understanding, and a workable way forward.”
