Jon Cookson is a qualified psychiatric nurse who worked in  the NHS between 1989 and 2003.

He left the NHS in 2003 to start one to one coaching, helping clients improve both physical and psychological health and enhance their quality of life.

Working with men over the years I can relate to the struggles we experience. Changes in roles, purpose, relationships, even hormone levels can lead to difficult thoughts and feelings.

Being unable to talk, express ourselves and obtain perspective and direction can  often lead us to make behavioural choices that negatively affect our quality of life.

‘Sinner like Me’ was created  to offer support to all men who are struggling with life,  feel stuck, have lost purpose, or are experiencing difficult thoughts and feelings. No  judgement, only compassion, understanding, and a workable way forward.
